On Saturday, May 15, 2010, Collinsville Animal Services will be offering a low-cost shot clinic at the Warren Billhartz Animal Shelter located at 119 United Drive in Collinsville (behind Culvers Restaurant off Highway 157).

The clinic will include the following:

• Distemper Complex $20.00
• 1-Year Rabies Shot $15.00
• Bordetella Injection $13.00
• County Registration (Varies)

Payment can be made in cash or check only.  Pets will be taken on a first come-first served basis. 

Please note that dogs MUST be leashed, and cats MUST be in a carrier.

The clinic is open to everyone, regardless of residency or income.
