The City of Collinsville prides itself on providing superior municipal services and takes pleasure in offering basic and unique services to its residents.  Unfortunately, due to recent economic pressures that are affecting the community and ultimately impacting the City’s budget, the City will be discontinuing its Tree Limb Pick-Up and Yard Waste Dumpster Programs, effective August 13^th. 

The Street Department will be doing a final pickup of the entire City during the week of August 9^th thru August 13^th.   Limbs must be placed curbside by Monday, August 9^th.   Limbs can be no longer than 4 feet and no bigger than 8 inches in diameter.  The Tree Limb Pick-Up Program does not accept yard waste or yard waste bags. 

If residents are seeking a regularly scheduled tree limb and yard waste pick-up service, Allied Waste provides this service on a weekly basis.  Allied Waste will pick up bagged or bundled items up to eight units per week which includes any combination of yard waste and/or limbs.  For more information on this service, please contact Allied Waste at (618) 656-6883.  A Brochure has been created that provides background information and provides a variety of different alternatives or service providers for residents to consider if seeking these services.
