Shortly after midnight on Wednesday, August 31^st, 2011, Collinsville patrol officers responded to Imo’s Pizza at 1600 Keebler Road for an armed robbery to the business reported by a 911 telephone call.  Following an intensive investigation, Collinsville patrol officers and detectives arrested:

1.  Jacob R. Niemeier, 19, of the 1900 block of Lemontree in Collinsville
2. Brendan J. Toebe, 23, of  Fieldcrest Drive in Collinsville
3. Markus J. Waters, 19, of Wagon Wheel Court in Collinsville
4. Samantha R. Rogers, 22, of the 3200 block of VFW Lane in Collinsville

for this incident.  Patrol officers and detectives also recovered a majority of the U.S. currency, taken in the reported robbery.  On Friday, September 2^nd, 2011, the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office charged each defendant with one count of burglary, one count of theft, and one count of disorderly conduct.  The Honorable Judge Janet Heflin set the bond for each defendant at $100,000.  Niemeier, Toebe, Waters, and Rogers are all currently in custody at the Collinsville Police Department.
