NEWS FROM THE CITY OF COLLINSVILLE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 

Collinsville, Illinois - January 10, 2012 - A member of the Collinsville Police Department was recently commissioned as a 2^nd Lieutenant in the United States Air Force Reserve.  Officer Paul Kilquist, a six year veteran of the Collinsville Police Department, was chosen to attend Officer Training School at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama.

Officer Kilquist returned from the intense three month training program on December 14^th after receiving his commission.  He is a 16 year veteran of the Air Force, where he serves as Military Police Officer.  His new duty will be the Reserve Operations Officer at the 375^th Security Forces Squadron station at Scott Air Force Base.

Congratulations to Lieutenant Paul Kilquist on this major accomplishment.
