The Sugar Loaf/Deer Creek project would include approximately 26,000 feet of 8” and 4” sewers, two lift stations, 80 manholes and service lines to 210 homes.  The estimated cost of the project, not including the service lines or tap fees, is approximately $2,450,000. The Staff has included this project in a list of projects for the portion of the Stimulus Package for water and wastewater.  If successful, the City could receive $500,000 of the cost as a grant with the balance to be paid back at 0% interest over 20 years.
